Following the success of the third edition, Dr. Ghazanfar Latif has launched the 4th edition of the Diagnostics (MDPI) special issue “AI/ML-Based Medical Image Processing and Analysis”. The third edition attracted 114 manuscript submissions, published 35 articles and has drawn more than 49,000 views to date.
The new edition welcomes research articles, reviews and short communications on artificial intelligence and machine learning, medical image processing and analysis, deep learning and computer vision, diagnosis and prognosis, segmentation and registration, multimodal image fusion, quantitative imaging biomarkers, all major imaging modalities (MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound, PET) and AI/ML-enabled medical devices. Submission deadline: 31 July 2027.
