With the Central Interior Business Accelerator: five ventures, TRU faculty, industry mentors, and student micro-teams built deployable AI prototypes against real operational data — including an AI floor-plan analysis tool that detects wall structures, calculates materials, and generates cost estimates.

Designed, deployed, and administered HIPAA-compliant cloud EHR/EMR on AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, CloudFront, SES/SNS, IAM), with automated backup, synchronization, and cost-optimization.
